Yes! You can always update the email associated with your account by doing the following:
1. Login to your MOF account.
2. Click on your Avatar/Name in the top-right corner of your account, then click on "My Account".
3. Edit the Email field, and click on Save in the bottom-right corner.
4. Afterwards, the new email address you updated to will be the Username that you will use to sign into GOMOF.com.
