WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS?

MOF is a cloud-based software that you don't have to download onto your computer or ever have to worry about updating. All you need is an internet-capable computing device (Mac, Windows, Chromebook, Linux PC), and a recent version of any of the major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.). Then, simply go to https://gomof.com/, login with the credentials you put in when you signed up, and start building your own marketing machine!

WHY AM I HAVING ISSUES WITH CREATING A WEBSITE?

Hello, before creating a website, please make sure that the POP-UP BLOCKER on the browser you are using is turned off. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT CAN I DO TO RETRIEVE IT.

We know with all the passwords we all have in use today, that you will occasionally forget your password. There is no need to panic. If you go to GOMOF.com and click on Log In you can fill in your User Name and click on forgot password. You will be taken to a password reset page. Fill in your E-Mail address and click on the box "Reset My Password". An E-Mail will be sent to your E-Mail address. Click on the link in the E-Mail and enter your new Password Twice. CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Yes. To change your password, from anywhere within GOMOF.com click on the drop down next to your name in the upper right hand corner. next click on "My Account". Here you can change and confirm your new password. We do recommend you change your password occasionally.

CAN I UPLOAD A PROFILE PICTURE?

Yes. Click on Your Name in the Upper Right Hand corner from anywhere within GOMOF.com. Click on the drop Down arrow and go to "My Account'. On the left you will see an upload button. Click on it and choose whatever picture you want as your profile picture. Be sure to choose one that meets the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when you opened your account.

CAN I CHANGE MY USERNAME ?

Yes. To change your User Name, Click on Your Name in the upper right hand corner from anywhere in GOMOF.com. Under the MY Account section on the right hand side of the page, you can just type in your new User Name. It must be an E-Mail address because that is how we communicate with you. Make sure to hit the " Save Button" at the bottom of the page and you can start using your new User Name and old password to sign into GOMOF.com immediately.

I WANT TO UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT

Upgrading your account is easy and should be done when you have exhausted your free account or when your marketing campaigns need additional Assets to accomplish your goal. Upgrading is easy. There are 2 ways to do it. First you can click the Red "Upgrade" button at the to[p of your dashboard or you can click on your Profile at the top right hand corner of any GOMOF.com page and click on the drop down arrow. Choose upgrade and you will be given a choice to choose which upgrade is right for you.
